There are four environments within Stratum's ViewPlus eDoc system and each is configured to meet the Biller's requirements.
Each environment is web based, enabling remote access for customer viewing of documents, new document design, operator log in, administration access and remote monitoring. Stratum ViewPlus is also suitable as an ASP or Consolidator model where an aggregator can offer bureau service EBPP to multiple billers.
Stratum ViewPlus includes online payment for bills, accounts, statements or tax invoices if required by the biller and can interface with any payment system, offering both credit card and direct entry payments. Your customers can also elect to pay via the phone (IVR bill payment service) if preferred.
